Do we ever love it when a crew of creatives get together to combine their goodness, showcase their skills, and work as a team to devise something delicious to help folks see beyond the commonplace?! It is inspirational to be able to peek at what we might see at the weddings and shindigs of our nearest and dearest in the future.
Co-ordinated and art directed by Partaya Event Management, concepted and styled by Gather + Hunt and photographed by Christine Lim Photography – this shoot took place at The Flour Factory. We love that they added to the vastness of natural light in the venue by including a whitewashed table, contemporary white seating, the tallest of tall white candles and floaty white napery. Even more light was added by using reflective surfaces such as crystal-cut glassware, shiny golden flatware and shimmery metallic candleholders – not to mention the feature Edison lighting and little pops of gold-sprayed florals and fruit. And then they contrasted it all with deep, rich burgundies in the florals by Signature Floral Design and a Cointreau-infused dark chocolate mud cake by Verlena Cakes, hand-painted and layered with orange and chocolate ganache. Oh my!
Find the whole team involved below and you’ll also be able to meet many of the style-slingers in person at the upcoming First Comes Love Fair on May 22nd. They’re nice people. You’ll like them.
