Then comes marriage: Stacey & Hayden

Hayden and Stacey met in high school. When Hayden decided to pop the question to his sweetheart, he wanted his proposal to sweep her off her feet. He planned a secret getaway to their favourite place and once below the towering trees of the Boranup Forest near Margaret River, he asked her to be his wife.

And so, it seemed only natural that they say their “I do-s” in the exact same spot. A bus chauffeured guests to their special spot in the forest, where the deal was sealed. A reception was held in nearby Cowaramup, overlooking the ocean as the sun set on their first day together as mister and missus.

A twilight bar beside a giant tipi, vintage-styled games galore and a gelato cart of goodness, live music and illuminated letters of love, whiskey and cigars, a tall tower of cheeses and twinkly lights under which friends and family danced the night away.

Thanks Stacey and Hayden for sharing your special place with us all. And thanks too Kirsty Russell who snapped the happy.
