Kate and Mike are THOSE kids. They’re stylish, they’re smart, they’re hard working, they’re fabulously fit, they’re far too good-looking for their own good AND they’re sweet-natured sweethearts. Trust us. If you meet them, you’ll want to pinch their adorable cheeks. Hard. Just to see if they do actually exist.

They met whilst working at the Australian Institute of Fitness. Kate said, “The attraction was there and as we spent more time together, we learned a lot about one another.” From that initial attraction deep love grew, but it is that early impression of themselves they chose for their wedding invitations – a custom illustration of the couple in shorts and sneakers. “Mitchell & Dent got everything right, from the height difference to the tattoos.”

Kate and Mike chose Caves House in Yallingup for their wedding, as couples have for over a century. This grand old dame of an art deco hotel overlooks immaculate gardens, but it was when they found a hidden footpath to the beach that Kate said, “we knew we were in luck and had found our wedding venue.”  

Just like their venue, their whole wedding day was the perfect mix of traditional elegance combined with a little relaxed, outdoorsy, off-the-beaten-path playfulness. See? Adorable.
